LEICHENWETTER APPRECIATION POST

Hey guys :B
So, yesterday, on the post about NDH I said something about that band called Leichenwetter, and I really liked the fact they use poems on their songs, so I decided to make my last post this weekend about them ^-^
The band was founded in 1996 in Iserlohn,  when guitarist Dawe and singer Numen recorded their first songs. Their aim was to bring back to life the lyrics of dead German poets. With names like Dawe (guitar), Numen (vocals), Cpt. Loft (bass), und RaweN (drums) they released the CD "Nachtwerke" in 1998 and their songs became part of some compilations. In 2001 they released the EP called "Schönheit ist rauh", and another album ("Urworte", 2003), but the official discography starts in the year 2005 when they release "Letzte Worte". In January 2007 the band releases in Europe the follow-up "Klage" with new songs and lyrics of dead poets.

After bassplayer Cpt. Loft leaves the band in 2009 due to personal reasons he is soon replaced by Doc. Bawin.
